From photo to ledger line

A receipt photo sent in Telegram becomes a categorized, attributed ledger line in seconds: read, vendor-matched, credited to the sender, dated by upload day.

01

The bot joins your crew chat

An administrator links a Telegram chat to a workspace with a one-time code. Everyone in that chat can send receipts from then on.

02

Someone sends a photo

One photo or several pages of the same receipt. Multi-page sends are grouped into one record rather than counted twice.

03

The receipt is read

Merchant, total, and any line items are extracted, then matched against your vendor list and its aliases. Low-confidence reads go to a review queue instead of guessing.

04

It is credited to a person

Senders are recognized by their permanent Telegram ID, so a changed username or a missing one never orphans a receipt. Unrecognized senders are queued for linking.

05

Duplicates get caught

A repeated delivery, a re-sent photo, or the same total from the same workspace inside a few minutes is flagged for a keep-or-remove decision instead of quietly inflating the totals.

06

You reconcile in the web app

Dashboard totals, spend calendar, vendor and person breakdowns, budget alerts, monthly digest, CSV and PDF export, and a searchable audit log of every action.
