Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Receipt Hub platform provided by Receipt Hub Inc. By signing in or sending receipts to our Telegram bot, you accept them. Reach us on Telegram at @trevorpope.

Access is invite-only. An administrator creates each account, assigns workspaces and a role, and issues the first password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity under your account. Sharing an account is not permitted.

Submit only receipts and business records you are authorized to submit. Do not attempt to access workspaces you are not a member of, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious files, or use the platform to break the law.

You keep ownership of your receipts and records. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display them so the service can function. Handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Merchant, amount, and category are extracted automatically and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing records before relying on them for accounting, tax, or reimbursement. Receipt Hub Inc does not provide accounting or tax advice.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and Telegram availability can interrupt delivery.

We may suspend access that breaches these terms or threatens the platform. A workspace owner may request removal of a member or of the workspace at any time.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Receipt Hub Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes are subject to the courts of Clark County, Nevada, United States.
