Receipt Hub Inc operates this platform. We can be reached on Telegram at @trevorpope.

Account details created by your administrator: name, work email, optional phone number, role, and workspace memberships.

Receipt data you submit: photographs of receipts, merchant text, amounts, dates, notes, and the Telegram account identifier of the sender so the receipt can be credited correctly.

Operational records: sign-in events and an audit trail of actions taken in the platform (who changed what, and when).

Only to run the service: reading and filing receipts, attributing them to people, producing spend reports and exports, alerting on budgets, and keeping an auditable record of changes.

We do not sell or rent your data, we do not use it for advertising, we do not store passwords in readable form, and we do not log sensitive credentials.

Receipt images and records are stored with our hosting and database provider. Receipt images are sent to an automated text-recognition service to extract the merchant and total. Telegram delivers messages between your crew and the platform. Each processor only receives what is needed for that step.

Receipts and audit records are retained for as long as your workspace is active, because they are financial records. Deleting a receipt marks it removed and keeps the audit entry. On written request from a workspace owner we will permanently delete a workspace and its receipts.

Ask your workspace administrator to correct or remove your details, or contact us on Telegram. Because accounts are issued by administrators, we act on requests from the workspace owner.

Access is restricted per workspace and enforced in the database, not only in the interface. Connections are encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

This policy is governed by the laws applicable in Clark County, Nevada, United States.
